Welcome to Syncra by Roots Global. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. These Terms govern your access to and use of our scheduling services, whether project-based or ongoing, and ensure clarity on responsibilities, data protection, and service delivery.
Syncra provides professional school scheduling services, including:
Project-based schedule optimization
Ongoing monthly support for timetabling and schedule management
We strive to deliver high-quality schedules that are practical, efficient, and aligned with each school’s unique requirements.
Timely Delivery: Syncra commits to delivering services according to agreed-upon timelines. Deadlines are set in mutual consultation at the start of each project or monthly engagement.
Substitutes / Continuity: In the event of absence (AO) of key personnel, Syncra will provide qualified substitutes to ensure uninterrupted service.
Revisions: Minor revisions or adjustments to schedules requested within the scope of the project will be accommodated promptly.
Fees are outlined in the service agreement or invoice and must be paid within the agreed terms.
Late payments may result in suspension of services until outstanding amounts are settled.
Syncra reserves the right to adjust fees with prior notice for long-term contracts or additional services.
Syncra complies with the AVG/GDPR regulations applicable in the Netherlands and the EU.
All personal and sensitive data (including teacher availability, student information, and school schedules) are handled with the highest level of security.
Data is stored securely, access is restricted to authorized personnel, and we use appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Personal data will only be used for the purpose of delivering our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where legally required.
Upon request, data can be deleted or returned to the client in a structured format.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information required for scheduling.
Communicate any changes in availability, constraints, or preferences in a timely manner.
Review delivered schedules and provide feedback within the agreed timeframe.
Syncra strives to provide schedules that are accurate and functional. However, the client acknowledges that scheduling involves human and operational factors beyond Syncra’s control.
Syncra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to staffing conflicts, missed lessons, or operational disruptions.
Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid for the service in question.
Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice as specified in the contract.
Upon termination, Syncra will deliver any completed work and delete client data upon request, in accordance with AVG/GDPR rules.
Outstanding fees for services rendered up to termination remain payable.
All materials, methodologies, and schedules produced by Syncra remain the intellectual property of Syncra unless otherwise agreed. Clients may use the deliverables solely for internal educational purposes.
Syncra may update these Terms of Use at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dutch courts.
